Keeshia is a graduate of Fairview High School and is usually the first person you see when you come to LifeWork! She loves people and the daily interactions with our patients. Keeshia and her husband Brian have 3 beautiful girls, Jocelyn Grace, Braylee Anne, and Hunter Claire. She loves to craft, take pictures, and spend time outdoors with her family.

What motivates you? God, without him I would not be where I am.

Chris is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He and his wife Stormy have 2 sons Connor and Wyatt. Chris likes to spend time with his family, exercising, and going to church!

Jennifer, originally from Iowa, lives in Decatur with her husband. They have 4 children that are active in theater, football, and karate. They like to spend time together hiking, geocaching, kayaking, going to concerts, and traveling.

“I like helping others return to doing the things they love and sharing in their excitement when they overcome challenges.

Nicole completed the PTA program as valedictorian of her class. She brings that same dedication to work with her everyday. Away from work, Nicole and her husband Sean spend their time cheering on Brayden and Addison who stay active in sports. Nicole also enjoys bowling, going to movies, and kayaking.

What motivates you? My children. I strive to improve myself daily in order to set a positive example .

Jennifer loves working with her patients and adds to our friendly atmosphere. Originally from Florida, Jennifer has 4 children: Reagan, Ryann, Caleb, Rachael. She loves being on the water boating and paddleboarding or hiking and walking her dog Roxy.

What motivates you? Having a career that allows me to meet so many wonderful patients and help them achieve their goals.

Chastidy and her husband Terry have been married over 20 years and have one child, Emily. When not at LifeWork, she enjoys spending time with family and serving in her church.

What motivates you? Reading and studying scripture and growing in my relationship with Him.

Hanna Grace is a graduate of Danville High School and is currently studying Accounting. She is married to her High School sweetheart Caleb. Hanna loves to take road trips, travel, attend concerts, anything outdoors, exercise and spend time with my family friends and their puppy Millie.

What motivates you? My family, my faith, happiness, experiences and my future.

Crystal is a graduate from the Birmingham School of Massage where she received a dual certification in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy. She is educated in various Massage Modalities Crystal and her husband of 9 years have 4 beautiful children! When not at Lifework, she loves spending time with family and friends.

What motivates you? Helping clients create and achieve their overall wellness goals, whether it be relieving pain, reducing stress, or to simply relax.
